Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

I love how quickly I get a response when asking a question. We have only used Trendsi one time in a big promotion for our shop and everyone has been very helpful! We had lots of orders with lots tracking that needed to be followed. I worked with Gretle, Kathrine, Mia, Lhirose, Charmaine, Lance, Angelo, and Lorie. They have all been great to work with! I was very nervous about handing the shipping over but this has been a great experience so far!

This application provided by the company was excellent, and Gretle from customer service was particularly helpful. Whenever customers had any questions or issues with the app, Gretle provided fast and efficient support, ensuring that they had a positive experience with the company.

Gretle's friendly and professional attitude was appreciated by customers, who felt comfortable reaching out to her for help. Her prompt responses and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers were noted and appreciated.

Mary helped me with an issue I was having and she was very efficient and sweet! She answered my questions quick!

I was assisted by Chette today. It was a very pleasant experience. She was patient while helping me with my issue. I am new to the ecommerce world so having someone willing to assist when you needed is priceless.

I've been using Trendsi for almost a year and only ran into 1-2 issues as far as inventory but via chat Mia has been very helpful in providing me with updated info on my orders and inventory. Although it does take sometime for it to update to my Shopify inventory; I can honestly say that as a boutique owner my customers haven't had any issues with their clothing or accessories that they've ordered via my website.
