When I tell you they are THERE to help 24/7, I'm not exaggerating... it's 11pm and poor Gretle has been helping me with my ridiculous questions for who knows how long! I highly recommend Trendsi and I think Gretle needs a raise

AMAZING customer service. Gretle was super helpful at helping me figure out how to properly submit an order from my shopify website and locate 2 other orders. She was super quick and responsive. This has made me feel very secure in building an online boutique with the help of Trendsi.

I'm soooo happy about Trendsi. Their customer service is on point!!! I was working with Kakaclo and their product was very delayed and that just makes me nervous when i'm trying to build a brand that has good customer service and products. So far I am super happy with Trendsi. They get the job done any issues they are ready to respond and fix the problem. I understand things can happen we can't always get it right but what counts in any business is how you handle the problem. They are real professionals and that allows me to breath and focus on what I really love to do and that is market and sell adorable outfits! Trendsi = peace of mind. yay :)
UPDATE:
Worked with Chette today she helped me with my shipping problem. Great customer service again. What I really love about Trensdi is its professionalism. These people are actually experts it seems like they know more then the Shopify rep even does. I went to the Shopify customer service first, they couldn't even figure out the problem. Trensdi knew immediately and gave me the easiest instructions on how to fix it in Shopify. It really is a good feeling to know you have a company that seems like they actually care. I mean they actually make me feel like I have a team and when I work with them it makes me excited about pursuing a business because I know I have the support I need
