I’ve been with them for 3 months long and so far I’m very happy with their products, lots of sizes available, fresh products everyday, new men’s collection will be added soon, Yay! , easy navigate e-commerce system, pretty much all the customer service I talk or message to at the chat box was very helpful! Angelo is super helpful with support! When you start with Trendsi you have someone email you offering to provide you support, and unfortunately I never heard back from that person when I emailed. But when I chatted with Angelo on the Trendsi website he was very quick and responsive, and answered my questions really well.

I love this app and the service! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to figure out an issue I had with it but Gretle quickly and kindly helped me through the process without dismissing me. I am still new to the app but it seems so great all around for dropshipping!

I had an issue with adding product. Trendsi said i needed to add the app however shopify said app was already installed. Karen helped me resolve this issue within seconds it felt like. 10/10 for customer service.
