The Trendsi customer service is amazing! I had issues getting my store connected on the trendsi app. Angelo helped me get everything connected and responded very fast. He also helped me with any other additional questions that I had. Also the app is every easy to use and they have helpful articles to help you get started! I love this app!!!

Maria is an excellent customer service support person. She was able to help me with all of my many questions, and concerns. I had problems with the imported products' inventory quantities zeroing out. The app's developer Sherwin Xia was most helpful and supportive with me in finding a resolution the the problem. Trendsi is one of the best dropshipping apps I have ever used. The integration of this app with my store has been such a smooth process. They make everything so easy, simple, and smooth so that you can focus on selling. They have quality trendy products and name brands and are a step above. In fact it was so easy to just simply click and add to the store without having to do to much and my samples arrived very fast and were exactly what they promised. I can't say enough of the customer service as Angelo and Brandi are simply amazing in assisting you with whatever you need and go above and beyond. I also love the 24/7 availability of service as I had to use it to answer a customer's question and Angelo escalated it to the appropriate department and assured me he would follow up with me on Monday.

I have not started using it yet but it seems great. A few things that would be even greater is a wider selection of accessories such as sunglasses, handbags, purses, etc. Also, some of us are already using other dropshipping apps which have return policies of 30 days so it's kind of hard to implement 7 days into our return policy as we already have it set to 30 days. Those are the only two things that I have observed so far, and hopefully, in the future, they can be implemented.

1. We are actually in the process of sourcing for accessories, so stay tuned for that! Feel free to check back in on this in a few weeks.

2. We understand that integrating different return policies can be tricky. While we cannot offer a longer return period for now, there is a way we can help if you still want to offer your customers 30-day returns: you can return the item to us, and we will store it and ship it out for your next sale.
