Allan, with Trendsi and Team, has provided excellent customer service 24/7 for our business. We are very pleased working with them and find Trendsi to be the best dropshipping company to work with their platform is amazing from a business view of fulfillment and also as a usable platform that helps merchants grow with organization and flexibility. The great key with Trendsi is the ability of real-time product updates with less work for us the merchant and also the way we are able to select products into a folder for a specific category to upload to on our website saving time for re-organizing a large number of products individually. So far my experience has been great-- I am brand new to all of this, and Trendsi has been by far the easiest integration with my Shopify store.
Czar was super helpful (and patient and knowledgeable) when I needed to reach out to support in the chat! I had a million questions, and she was able to respond quickly and actually answer what I was asking in simple terms that I was able to understand. Awesome/definitely recommend!

Trendsi has been a great option for me as a brand new online boutique. Their system syncs perfectly with my Shopify store and their customer service is excellent! Gretle, Angelo, and Erika are three of their customer service reps and all three were extremely helpful with questions and resolving a small issue. I also love that I can filter by where the products are coming from, so I can avoid overseas shipping / longer ship times. Some issues with overseas quality and availability, but Trendsi catches it before the products are shipped. I appreciate their attentiveness!
