Great quality products, out of the samples I ordered. I really hope they get more accessories and maybe mens items. I had good assistance from Mia on finding my shipment. I hope in the future maybe shipping can be improved because I am currently waiting for samples I ordered 2 weeks ago, considering it is marketed as for US based stores also.

Trendsi has been a breath of fresh air for me! They integrate with Shopify the best I've seen so far and I've tried a ton of apps. I love their items and they've always been responsive on support. I'm leaving one star open because I'd like the shopify product data to be cleaner and some bulk import features. Other than that I'm sold on Trendsi. I can't wait to see what they do in the future but I'm enjoying them now.

The support is 5 star (Gretle, Mia, Lhirose, and Raymart) and have always had all the answers to my questions, and have helped out a TON.

Why not 5 stars? I think there needs to be adjustments to their collections (seeing new imported products before sending to Shopify on the Collections list), or the ability send a new collections from Trendsi to Shopify, and the collection is created in Shopify

Mary was very helpful in answering my questions regarding API integration with Trendsi for returns. Unfortunately Trendsi does not yet have this capability. Mary has also offered to take this suggestion to management which was also very helpful. We're looking to automate returns with a product such as Return Prime:Order Returns app. Thanks Mary.
