Trendsi ‑ Fashion Dropshipping

The easiest way to dropship, hands down. I started my first website and loved the selection of Trendsi's products, and decided to go with jewelry. They have professional, consistent product images and prices are fantastic too. It is SO simple to add products to your website, and I have hundreds of items for sale and never had to create a single product listing (product listings are so tedious and not something I enjoy doing). You can control the price of the item, but they integrate onto your website with the suggested retail price which was perfect for me, and their website is extremely easy to navigate and use. I had my first order a few days ago, and was able to fulfil my order right away because it all is integrated so the order was already on Trendsi. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I am still new to dropshipping, but so far, Trendsi has been a very positive experience. I was nervous when I read reviews that several of the items go out of stock quickly, but I have found that you just need to look into the items before publishing them and strategically make your content around the items that have high stock. Every issue I have run into, Gretle has helped me resolve or given me the answer to within 15 minutes or less, so I can speak highly to their customer support. I have made a couple sales and I am excited to see how far I can go with the app. I would recommend this business model to new business owners looking to start a business but not looking for a big investment, and I think the reviews for this platform speak for themselves- you just have to be willing to put in the time!

I'm soooo happy about Trendsi. Their customer service is on point!!! I was working with Kakaclo and their product was very delayed and that just makes me nervous when i'm trying to build a brand that has good customer service and products. So far I am super happy with Trendsi. They get the job done any issues they are ready to respond and fix the problem. I understand things can happen we can't always get it right but what counts in any business is how you handle the problem. They are real professionals and that allows me to breath and focus on what I really love to do and that is market and sell adorable outfits! Trendsi = peace of mind. yay :)

Worked with Chette today she helped me with my shipping problem. Great customer service again. What I really love about Trensdi is its professionalism. These people are actually experts it seems like they know more then the Shopify rep even does. I went to the Shopify customer service first, they couldn't even figure out the problem. Trensdi knew immediately and gave me the easiest instructions on how to fix it in Shopify. It really is a good feeling to know you have a company that seems like they actually care. I mean they actually make me feel like I have a team and when I work with them it makes me excited about pursuing a business because I know I have the support I need

January 8, 2023:
Trendsi app was giving me issues after multiple attempts of tries. It kept showing me a white blank page after installing the app and while trying to add products to my shopify app. I almost gave up on it but i decided to send Trendsi a message to see if they could help resolve the issue and THEY DID!!! Lee was super helpful, responsive and professional!! She helped me troubleshoot the issues within minutes!!!! The app is amazing and easy to use. You can really just add the products into your shopify without having to do much edits because all the details and photos already look fabulous! Thanks LEE FOR THE HELP!! I recommend this app and customer service!

Again, Trendsi customer service has been great!!!!! Today, Allen helped answered a lot of questions for me and responded quickly and professionally! I truly recommend. Even better, they have an APP too! Which makes adding products to your store fast and easy. Thanks for all you do Trendsi!

I needed help today with getting my EIN business info and Chette was so helpful! Professional and quick to respond. I was able to get my business EIN number in less than 5 mins!! I love this app and the customer services. Thank you Chette.

I was having some issues today with my TikTok Shop. Being pretty new to ecomm, I jumped the gun a bit and thought, since Trensdi has been amazing integrating into my Shopify store that everything would integrate the same with my TT Shop. I quickly learned after an order was placed that wasn't so much the case. I hit the chat button in a panic thinking I wouldn't get a response; Being after business hours. Maria quickly picked up the chat. She was such a breath of fresh air, helping me understand better and walking me through what I needed to do on my TT Shop. She also sent me some pointers on what to do when I get orders through there instead of my Shopify site. She truly saved my day. Kudos to Maria!!!
