I started trendsi app few weeks ago. I have a great experience with them. Adding products from Trendsi to shopify is very smooth which makes my job very easy. Today, I had some problems with shipping and contacted the customer representative Anya who is very responsive and helpful, and my problem got resolved very fast. So far, I love this app for drop shipping. My only complaint is some brands on Trendsi doesn't format the size information very well because of that product pages doesn't look very professional and clean. If they can resolve this issue, it will be very helpful for me.

Using the Trendsi app on Shopify has been a great experience. Everything runs smoothly, and transferring a large number of products takes just a few moments. The app is well-organized, and all products are neatly categorized, making browsing and selection very efficient.
One of the standout features is the customer service. Lorie, in particular, has been incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and responsive — sometimes replying to emails in under 5 minutes!
The order fulfillment process is also very user-friendly and always on time. Overall, Trendsi has made managing our store much easier. Highly recommend!

I was having an issue with the custom branding labels for almost a month. I was helped by a nice lady named ANYA! She was so much help, I could tell she genuinely wanted to resolve my issue, she sent step by step directions, Screen recordings to help me navigate and solve my problem, im now one step closer to having a successful website launch all thanks to Anya, I truly appreciate her hard work!

Make your clothing products truly your own by adding a custom sewn-in label with your brand and logo wow. I haven't order any product yet so i dont know how long it takes for you to get your order. But everything here looks good.
Update: Well they have shipping from 2 to 5 days to the US and shipping from 5 to 10 days from Overseas let me tell you all shipping is very accurate. Oh and yes i reach out to trendsi for help with my inventory i like this. Quick respones Harold and Chette wes very helpful 6 STARS and the clothing quality is on the money. Thank you trendsi you are my #1
