Triple Whale – A Platform That's Lost Its Way
Triple Whale was once a promising tool for e-commerce brands to gain insightful data and streamline decision-making. However, the platform has deteriorated so much over time that it now feels more like a liability than an asset.
Buggy and Slow: Triple Whale has become frustratingly buggy and slow. Loading times are unbearably long, making it nearly impossible to access key data when you need it most. The platform feels outdated, and its performance issues are a major hindrance to any fast-paced e-commerce operation.
Unreliable Facebook Integration: The platform’s supposed "seamless" integration with Facebook Ads is a joke. Data syncing is inconsistent, and crucial metrics are often missing or incorrect. This lack of reliability makes it impossible to trust the insights Triple Whale provides, rendering it useless for optimizing ad campaigns.
Support is Unhelpful: If you encounter an issue (which is inevitable), don't expect support to resolve it—or even acknowledge it. Their support team seems to live in denial of the platform's glaring flaws, brushing off customer concerns instead of taking meaningful action. This lack of accountability only adds to the frustration.
Getting Worse Over Time: Rather than improving, Triple Whale has gotten worse. Updates seem to create more problems than they solve, and the platform's core functionality has become increasingly unstable. It feels like the developers are focused on adding flashy, unnecessary features instead of fixing the basics.
Not Worth the Cost: For a tool that claims to save time and increase profitability, Triple Whale is an expensive headache. The platform's inability to perform its core functions reliably means you're essentially paying to babysit a broken system.

Triple Whale is no longer the cutting-edge solution it once aspired to be. It’s become a buggy, slow, and unreliable platform that overpromises and severely underdelivers. If you're serious about your e-commerce data, look elsewhere—Triple Whale will only waste your time, money, and patience.
Our Triple Whale experience has been expensive and terrible.
Now we finally had someone contact us, they did not reverse the $400 charge and they have been now charging $279 per month and we just wanted to go to the FREE level. They just keep taking money and taking money and not helping us at all. They owe us several months of refunds at this point, it's ridiculous. This is exactly what happens every time an app gets exposure and tries to grow, they start focusing only on new business and leave existing customers hanging while taking their money and ignoring them. Really sucks. We had no choice but to cancel the entire account because you can't self-serve your way into a free account. So even if we signed back up on the free service we'd have to reconnect everything.
Not sure why this says FREE. Vanessa overcharged us and we've been emailing for several weeks, totally being ignored. We were falsely told we'd get a rate change, that was a lie, now they've gone completely dark. But they keep sending spammy marketing emails. I do not at all recommend this app. If you do use them, know that Vanessa and Maggie are probably not telling you the truth.

Not compatible with Shopify Product Bundle App. Having big issues. All my bundles disappeared.
The free plan is a scam just to get you to upgrade to the expensive paid plan. Nothing is free and not exactly sure what they do with your data.
