Big fan and my go-to for a quick look at spend, ROAs, and creating lookalike audiences. It's an amazing dash for me I literally go to dozens of times a day.
Many different ways to slice the data and view under different attribution models. Team over at Triple Whale is very responsive + helpful!
I’ve been using TripleWhale for years across multiple companies, and it’s been a game-changer. The Moby feature makes data analysis accessible to anyone. We often answer questions live in meetings by asking Moby. Beyond the tool itself, the team’s dedication to customer success is awesome.
Triple Whale has been a great tool for aggregating advertising metrics into a simple dashboard, creative performance analysis, and customer journey tracking. Timesaving for tracking up up to the moment snapshots accross channels.
Attention to subscription customers: even if you choose a monthly payment, you sign a monthly contract, the description of this is not visible on the page. The 60 days money back guarantee doesn't work either, it's a shame that they've become like that, the support doesn't respond at all.
Absolute garbage customer service. Takes days to get a small issue resolved. SO many bugs within their platform when setting up a new account. Do not recommend TripleWhale

One of my friends had previously logged in to triple whale whilst using my laptop. A few days later I decided to also start using it. When I clicked the app link to install and open, I filled out all the normal information as you'd expect. The problem is, it connected my store to my friends and shockingly there is no way of removing the account and disconnecting it from my friends using any of the settings. I asked support, but got a few very patronising responses saying they can't be disconnected from each other but then again they also said that if that's what I wanted then I can never use the app again, very odd, offered zero actual help, very disappointed overall.

so complicated app and has hundreds of complicated feature. but NOT pulling up the real shipping cost from Shopify LOL. if you offer lets say free shipping over $100 and charge 7$ shipping cost from customers this app will NOT able to put real cost that you pay for shipping. while they advising to make AVERAGE cost per shipping hahahaha .
we pay 4.5$ shipping cost in one order and next order we can pay 100$ for shipping (both free shipping for customers) and expenses will be counted incorrectly because app will never now what did you pay to Shopify shipping (that 99% users use). ALL competitors apps has this feature for 2-3 years but triple not even care. I contacting them every 6 months, and they every time first heard this.
LOOK this is a basic feature NUMBER 1 that you had to implement to make accounting correctly you will never know NET profit for exact order NEVER if this is not implemented. currently your accounting is 2+2=5.76
