Triple Whale

Not sure why all the 1 star reviews, but my experience has been 5+. The program itself is world class and the customer support is as well. Like others on here, big shout out to Juan for all his help. He'll be on the board soon, or should be at least.
I will say - triple whale should give more warning about AI usage limitations, especially for the foundation plan... But I get it. That aside, 5-star.

best cost value tool for tracking

Outstanding - as a business we've grown from a starter package to the advanced enterprise package. Without Triple Whale, we would not have been able to accelerate our growth. The tools are A+ and the integrations have consistently worked with minimal effort to maintain. Perfect combination of low barrier to entry for starters and very high ceiling for those wanting to tweak it to their needs. Integral part of our business, not just add-on software.

An amazing experience... once you setup the minimal integrations required with Shopify and your Martech stack, we have been constantly wowed by the way the Moby LLM really makes use of the "localized" marketing knowledge and analytical structure that you would expect from a company like Triple Whale to offer. Here is where Moby stands out from ChatGPT -which we use extensively BTW: you really get that thoroughness that with ChatGPT you would need to sift through and work out the agentic structure to make it all work for you, whereas with Moby its all about loading the necessary data and letting it run its reports and dashboards to then begin the in-depth and insightful discussions. From your most abstract strategic definitions down to the grinded down tactical efforts, Moby seriously speeds up the time to market metric for your marketing ops -let alone the pep-up in quality enablement you will quickly be aware and fond of. Triple Whale has been a game changer for our eCommerce analytics. It brings all our data into one place, making it way easier to track performance and make smarter decisions. The dashboard is intuitive, and the insights are actually actionable. Highly recommend for any DTC brand looking to scale.

Our time with Triple Whale has been great. Set up was quick and adding new integrations is easy. The feature set leaves almost nothing to be desired. Mike over there has been a wonderful asset with so much knowledge and has been a joy to work with.

We have been able to turn our long attribution window caused by a high AOV into insights that have our ads performing stellarly compared to last year. The new additions to their AI have had some hiccups at the start, but are turning into a powerful workflow tool for us, generating reports for stakeholders and our marketing team with ease.

Great app and experience. The founders dashboard is the simplest way to track my margins, my CPA, and ROAS that I've found. Even if you're only on the free version, there's tons of value.

We've been using Triple Whale since October 2023 and it has completely changed how we approach social and search advertising, among other things. Very happy customers! Good to see the product team constantly trying to release new features, with the last big ticket one being Sonar (at least for us). Keep up the great work!

Highly recommend this. I will say it is worth the upgrade as you will benefit from having support and customization to look at your business the way you want. Also the service we have had from their rep Miles is beyond! Incredible partner.
