very stupid app and ass customer support compared to the pricing

Customer service has been excellent. The team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. We made changes part-way through and needed updates to our account, everything was handled quickly and smoothly.

Triple Whale’s customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Critical issues and bugs—often caused on their end—take days to resolve, even after multiple follow-ups. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when these delays impact business performance. I would not recommend this platform based on support quality alone.

By far my most used Shopify Application.

The new Moby feature is great already despite being new. It's still got a few small bugs, but overall, it's probably the best feature I've seen for finding custom data I can't get on any other platform.

Custom reports are great for tracking key metrics are fantastic.

Sonar was a huge game changer for our international ads as well.

All around, this is an absolute key app for any business doing over $50k/month. If you're under that, I'd still get setup on the free plan to get started.

An absolutely essential platform for seamless access to marketing metrics, customer cohort data, and attribution. If you have a small team, Triple Whale can do the job of several analysts for a tiny fraction of the price. Easily our team’s most used tool, and we don’t know what we’d do without it!

TW helps us to attribute conversions, and see in detail where to invest our marketing budget across all channels. Marketing channels tend to over attribute their own platform which makes it difficult to find the right marketing mix. It been a lifesaver many times.
