Great experience, makes things much efficient, I would highly recommend Triple Whale, the service they provide is amazing. It is so beneficial to have one place to get all your information from and quickly.

Incredibly easy to use, the plugin to shopify i great and the mobile app is killer. I've literally used all the other data integrator apps and nothing comes close to this in terms of usability and customisation.
The team are also super responsive and are always coming out with new features to help us understand what's happening in the business.

Great software, great team, great support...AND it always gets better. They are doing things right and its reflected in how the customers pain of disconnect is so high. But it's high because of the company as much as the software.

One of my friends had previously logged in to triple whale whilst using my laptop. A few days later I decided to also start using it. When I clicked the app link to install and open, I filled out all the normal information as you'd expect. The problem is, it connected my store to my friends and shockingly there is no way of removing the account and disconnecting it from my friends using any of the settings. I asked support, but got a few very patronising responses saying they can't be disconnected from each other but then again they also said that if that's what I wanted then I can never use the app again, very odd, offered zero actual help, very disappointed overall.

Admittedly, it can seem overwhelming at first glance, but rest assured, everything is designed to be beneficial and user-friendly. One valuable piece of advice: schedule an onboarding appointment. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they have a knack for explaining things in simple, human terms. A special shout-out to my onboarding manager, Renne, who was fantastic—if you're lucky enough to work with her, you're in good hands. There are only a handful of apps that we use and this one is special. Triple Whale allows me to see my spend vs revenue across all marketing platforms from Amazon to Meta to Google and more... its so helpful to understand the business on an hour to hour basis because if ads are not running you will know pretty quickly that there is an issue and a quick check of the app every few hours keeps me in the loop. Other apps we recommends are Finaloop ( replaces accountant fees completely) and pretty Damn Quick (checkout) and our favorite is LABL (shipping insurance) but they give you a % of revenue) which is MUCH better than Route in every way.
