Attention to subscription customers: even if you choose a monthly payment, you sign a monthly contract, the description of this is not visible on the page. The 60 days money back guarantee doesn't work either, it's a shame that they've become like that, the support doesn't respond at all.
Avoid!! They'll never issue a refund. Terrible customer service and they made it nearly impossible to cancel subscription
so complicated app and has hundreds of complicated feature. but NOT pulling up the real shipping cost from Shopify LOL. if you offer lets say free shipping over $100 and charge 7$ shipping cost from customers this app will NOT able to put real cost that you pay for shipping. while they advising to make AVERAGE cost per shipping hahahaha .

Support is horrible and the app DOES NOT report correctly at all. It will mix ROAS and it does not calculate actual ship cost to customer paid cost correctly. There are so many things missing and errors in the code. I stopped paying a couple months ago and only use the free as a daily reminder on income and add spend. That' about all it's good for.
