Triple Whale has served as a source of truth for multi touch attribution across our paid and organic marketing efforts. We use the Moby feature to quickly get answers to anything from new customer acquisition insights to discovering actionable data trends! The ability to seamlessly view data in various attribution models and lookback windows helps tell a better story for how our marketing efforts play a role in customer journey.

An absolutely essential platform for seamless access to marketing metrics, customer cohort data, and attribution. If you have a small team, Triple Whale can do the job of several analysts for a tiny fraction of the price. Easily our team’s most used tool, and we don’t know what we’d do without it!

We're just a small business but I use this to report on my main stats. Definitely super helpful in tracking profitability. Hoping we can grow enough soon to start upgrading plans and figuring out better metrics so we can actually scale our business.

Keeping track of ad spends across many different platforms is a breeze.

I love how I can customize my dashboard to view whichever key metrics I prefer. Also, taking a deep dive into my data is super easy, very happy with it so far!

The new Moby feature is great already despite being new. It's still got a few small bugs, but overall, it's probably the best feature I've seen for finding custom data I can't get on any other platform.

Custom reports are great for tracking key metrics are fantastic.

Sonar was a huge game changer for our international ads as well.

All around, this is an absolute key app for any business doing over $50k/month. If you're under that, I'd still get setup on the free plan to get started.

My Google ads account got banned because of installing this pixel. Don't use this tool. It doesn't work well

One of my friends had previously logged in to triple whale whilst using my laptop. A few days later I decided to also start using it. When I clicked the app link to install and open, I filled out all the normal information as you'd expect. The problem is, it connected my store to my friends and shockingly there is no way of removing the account and disconnecting it from my friends using any of the settings. I asked support, but got a few very patronising responses saying they can't be disconnected from each other but then again they also said that if that's what I wanted then I can never use the app again, very odd, offered zero actual help, very disappointed overall.

We have absolutely loved switching over to Triple whale this past year! It has been so helpful in our weekly reporting, and the constant influx of new and improves features is unmatched! They are constantly improving, and are a great source of truth for us. We use triple whale to scale and analyze a lot of our spend within our ad accounts, and have loved incorporating it into our daily performance review!

TripleWhale is a great service for paid media attribution, but the recent addition of Amazon data has made it even more valuable for us. We now have a true Business Intelligence dashboard integrating all our e-commerce sales and paid media channels with relevant metrics for decision making. For $200 a month, nothing else comes close. It's great to see that they are continually improving the app with more and more features. Thanks guys!

-Cross validate on platform metrics versus several attribution models
-Gain confidence in budget allocation
-Analyse ROI on various initiatives
plus much more additional functionality, such as automated reporting, custom metrics, anomaly detection, OOS updates, cohort analysis.
It is worth noting that setting up was pretty straight forward, and the CS team is always happy to help.

While confident in my current appraisal, I mean to revise this review once I've had time to action on the insights that the tool is already providing us with.
