Triple Whale

Triple Whale’s customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Critical issues and bugs—often caused on their end—take days to resolve, even after multiple follow-ups. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when these delays impact business performance. I would not recommend this platform based on support quality alone.

Triple Whale has been a game changer for our eCommerce analytics. It brings all our data into one place, making it way easier to track performance and make smarter decisions. The dashboard is intuitive, and the insights are actually actionable. Highly recommend for any DTC brand looking to scale.

Integration problem. I can't install the store application. The system says I'm already using the app, but I can't log in.

The chat on the website and email support does not answer. No help.

Our time with Triple Whale has been great. Set up was quick and adding new integrations is easy. The feature set leaves almost nothing to be desired. Mike over there has been a wonderful asset with so much knowledge and has been a joy to work with.

We have been able to turn our long attribution window caused by a high AOV into insights that have our ads performing stellarly compared to last year. The new additions to their AI have had some hiccups at the start, but are turning into a powerful workflow tool for us, generating reports for stakeholders and our marketing team with ease.

Great app and experience. The founders dashboard is the simplest way to track my margins, my CPA, and ROAS that I've found. Even if you're only on the free version, there's tons of value.

We've been using Triple Whale since October 2023 and it has completely changed how we approach social and search advertising, among other things. Very happy customers! Good to see the product team constantly trying to release new features, with the last big ticket one being Sonar (at least for us). Keep up the great work!

AMAZING way to analyze your business accurately and consistently. Blows GA4 out of the water and aggregates all necessary data from Shopify, Media Platforms , creative and so much more in one place!
Highly recommend this. I will say it is worth the upgrade as you will benefit from having support and customization to look at your business the way you want. Also the service we have had from their rep Miles is beyond! Incredible partner.

Triple Whale has afforded us the ability to make real time adjustments to our advertising efforts based on much more accurate insights. Before Triple Whale, we would have to rely on the marketing channel dashboards, which were highly inaccurate for our business. Now we can calibrate what we see in each channel and match it to our topline revenue.

The team has worked with me personally to fine tune the tool to our specific needs and I use no other 3rd party tool that has made so many improvements and updates to the tool. It's like we have 2x the tool that we started with when we first signed on with Triple Whale.

Triple Whale has been a great tool for aggregating advertising metrics into a simple dashboard, creative performance analysis, and customer journey tracking. Timesaving for tracking up up to the moment snapshots accross channels.

TW helps us to attribute conversions, and see in detail where to invest our marketing budget across all channels. Marketing channels tend to over attribute their own platform which makes it difficult to find the right marketing mix. It been a lifesaver many times.
