Strong Sales Onboarding, Disappointing Ongoing Support

The initial onboarding experience was good and very polished. Everything sounded great, the platform seemed powerful, and expectations were set well at the beginning.

However, once I was fully in the contract and working day-to-day with my assigned success manager, the experience declined. My success manager often seems uncertain about how to use or explain the system, especially when it comes to more advanced or newer features. Many questions are met with “I’ll need to ask someone else,” and follow-ups rarely result in clear or actionable answers.

To be clear, I did understand I was entering a contract, so this isn’t about being misled on terms. My frustration is purely with the level of ongoing support after onboarding. For a platform at this price point, I expected more consistent, knowledgeable guidance beyond the sales and onboarding phase.

Akil and the team at Triple Whale have been easy to deal with and the software is a real bonus to our buisiness. We use it daily to track our performance and it brings eveything together for us as a business! Thanks heaps.

An amazing experience... once you setup the minimal integrations required with Shopify and your Martech stack, we have been constantly wowed by the way the Moby LLM really makes use of the "localized" marketing knowledge and analytical structure that you would expect from a company like Triple Whale to offer.
