Their onboarding experience is incredible. I got responses back in minutes and the implementation happened in a day! They were open to customizing the brands that make sense for our brand to have on the widget which was important to us. They also provided additional opportunities to leverage their platform to reduce our return rate. I would highly recommend this app and Serhat is the BEST on the team!

Very good app overall. The integration is seamless and it's simple to add the widget onto site. Support has also been excellent.
