Their 'customer' metric in LTV reporting includes all records in Shopify, regardless of whether that person has made a purchase or not. It messes up the LTV metrics and makes the reporting unusable. It's one of the most feature-rich platforms I've tried, and would have stayed if the 'customer' metric in LTV reports excluded records of people who have never purchased.

While we're glad you found the app feature-rich, we're genuinely sorry this reporting limitation made it unusable for you.
That said, we’re continuously working to refine this feature and would love the chance to make it better for you. In the meantime, we hope you might consider giving the app another try to explore its core features — many of our users have found great value in them beyond the LTV reporting.
