I personally think the app is overpriced for what it offers. The integration with Shopify is great but if you have a decent amount of expenses outside of Shopify you have to enter all of those manually. There is no integration with Quick Books or a way to bulk import expenses.
That said they do have great customer service and are very responsive and helpful. Vani and Gabriel specifically have been great.

Just setting up TrueProfit and had some questions regarding COGS and zone setup. Durra was responsive and helpful through the message box and on a Google call, and also took me through some of the other features which I had not setup yet.
The only limitations I have found is there is no export/import for the COGS zones so these have to be manually updated and saved. I also have not been able to link our shipping providers directly so I have had to set this up using weight based rules.

- L'application fonctionne très bien, je pense que d'ici quelque mois elle sera parfaite en ajoutant quelques petites fonctionnalité manquante mais pour ce qui est de lire les données rapidement je recommande. L'app mobile est un vrai plus non négligeable

Thank you Durra. Great app and excellent support, their team is very responsive which is definitely a bonus. The tooling helps a ton with tracking P&L. Primarily because it pulls in all the ad spend accross all (most) ad channels and they have integrations with all major shipping platforms. Although it's overpriced IMO and there are still some limitations, nonetheless overall a good app and I'm happy with it. 4.5 stars.

I use this app to track my profit & loss and it does the trick. My only complaint is the search bar in the custom spend section doesn't work, it never shows any results - maybe I'm not typing specific enough words. The customer service is great. I would recommend this app.
