Great app, great UI and features.
HOWEVER, one vital feature that's missing is the ability to add custom shipping rates per item.
Currently, this app only allows you to add quantity based shipping rates based on 1 or 2 items, no more than that.
We have custom shipping rates based on when customer orders 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc items. It seems like this feature is on the app's roadmap, however it hasn't been implemented.
Until it is, I'm unable to use the app...

Attention all business owners! It's essential to double-check the accuracy of your refund versus returns data. Shopify's financial summary counts all return requests as issued refunds, which can be misleading. Not all return requests are accepted, and not all approved returns end up refunded. Stay vigilant to ensure more precise results. I've discussed this concern with the TrueProfit team, but they believe making changes now isn't practical. So, choose wisely. Accurate net profit reporting is crucial for all of us.

I used to love this app when it was free, but i am uninstalling after they made it 19.99 a month. :(
