She even offered to do a Google meet with me to screen share and make sure I was setting everything up correctly which I greatly appreciated! I like the team behind TrueProfit, and I really like the app. Several times they setup a Google meeting with me to help me understand the features, and how the data is displayed, which I struggled with, which is not the apps fault, I just wasn't understanding some of the data I was looking at. Well, after a thorough conversation with Grace, I feel so much better, and I know how to read my sales data correctly. If you are looking for an app to help you track every bit of spend and expense, and I do mean every bit, within Shopify and even outside of Shopify, like external software you use, etc, give TrueProfit a try and be patient. I am glad I went with TrueProfit. Thank you for all your help Grace!
