The app is overall very good.
Shows all the statistics you need.
The app had some issues in the beginning with synchronizing all the data with my store, but thats understandable regarding how much numbers are being displayed.
Had to contact the support several times but if I did, got a competent and fast replay.
And the problem was solved within 24 hours.

Grace was very knowledgable and helpful. Told me everything I need to know on a google meets call. In terms of the app, there are some small improvements that could be made which Grace noted down but overall it is a very good app. I think we will use it for a long time now.

An absolutely great app! works wonderfully to reflect ALL numbers you need to make sound decisions with a lot of customizations such as custolmised costs and variable costs as well (such as commission on ad spend etc), handling fees (per order or product type) and much more. The free trial is huge plus!
As for the support team, they are extremely wonderful! Harper was a HUGE help in walking us through the app and answering all our questions. Absolutely 100% satisfied!
