The support is also fast and incredibly helpful. I had an issue setting up my shipping costs, and Durra helped me out. She didn’t just give advice, she actually took the time to understand my setup and did it for me. Amazing support!
I tried different solutions, but TrueProfit is the best. It may be more expensive than others, but the alternatives offer far fewer integrations and functionalities. With TrueProfit, I can track every single cost precisely down to the cent, so I always know the exact KPIs of my brand.

True Profit
I cannot login to the app since few days. There is no support response. Beside this, the app has errors all the time. Wrongly counts ad spend, returns etc.

Please note: If your Shopify store is connected to a TrueProfit account created using an email address, you won’t be able to access the app directly from your Shopify admin.
In this case, you can log in via our web app at https://app.trueprofit.io
using the registered email and password associated with your account.
