TrueProfit has been extremely helpful in calculating my net profit, revenue, and costs. It even has good integrations that will help with getting the accurate COGS for your store. Vani in customer support is really helpful. I only wish they would add features to deduct ad credit

TrueProfit has truly been a game changer for my business. Their 'customer' metric in LTV reporting includes all records in Shopify, regardless of whether that person has made a purchase or not. It messes up the LTV metrics and makes the reporting unusable. It's one of the most feature-rich platforms I've tried, and would have stayed if the 'customer' metric in LTV reports excluded records of people who have never purchased.

While we're glad you found the app feature-rich, we're genuinely sorry this reporting limitation made it unusable for you.
