TrueProfit has genuinely transformed the way I run my business.
The app finally gives me accurate, real-time profit tracking without the guesswork. Being able to see detailed expense breakdowns — ad spend, COGS, shipping, fees, refunds — all in one clean dashboard has helped me make faster and much more confident decisions. The clarity in their analytics alone has paid for the subscription many times over.

I cannot login to the app since few days. There is no support response. Beside this, the app has errors all the time. Wrongly counts ad spend, returns etc.

Please note: If your Shopify store is connected to a TrueProfit account created using an email address, you won’t be able to access the app directly from your Shopify admin.

In this case, you can log in via our web app at https://app.trueprofit.io
using the registered email and password associated with your account.
