TrueProfit has truly been a game changer for my business. I've been a user of True Profit for years now across multiple stores. Great mobile application for when I'm on the go and need to check in on profitability/performance. Their 'customer' metric in LTV reporting includes all records in Shopify, regardless of whether that person has made a purchase or not. It messes up the LTV metrics and makes the reporting unusable. It's one of the most feature-rich platforms I've tried, and would have stayed if the 'customer' metric in LTV reports excluded records of people who have never purchased.
