I've been in ecommerce for over a decade and have tried MANY inventory software. Trunk is hands down the simplest yet most effective solution out there. And it's made for small businesses - their monthly fee reflects that. Support has been AMAZING.
Things seem to just work which seems like a low barrier but alternatives are too cumbersome or require complex workarounds to get what I need it to do. Trunk is perfect for me, which is simple SKU linking between listings in the same shop and in other sales channels.
I'm hoping there'll be more interface features soon. Considering I tried Trunk out a few years ago and it didn't fit my needs at the time, and now it does, tells me they're actively working on improving their product.

We have been selling online for 16 years and I believe this is the first time that any app or program really did do EXACTLY what they said it would do. It was up and running quickly with no support needed.
I was so pleased to find an inventory program to support all three of our sales chanels (FAIRE, Shopify and Etsy). Implementing trunk has reduced frustration and saved us time by eliminating tedious and error-prone manual processes. It has also increased fulfillment efficiency, as quantities sync automatically, reducing backorders and partial shipments. Keep up the good work TRUNK team! We appreciate you!
I love Trunk! I was driving myself crazy trying to manually update stock for Shopify, Faire, and Etsy. I would panic when I got an order on one platform, counting the minutes until I could get to my computer and update stock on the others. Now I just let Trunk take care of inventory updates and I can get back to celebrating when I get an order! Trunk has saved me a lot of hassle and worry so I have the mental space to work on growing my business!
Trunk is exactly what I was looking for. Keeping track of stock between different platforms was causing a real headache, and often I wasn't even sure how much stock I had. Now I've got a neat, well organised and automated system in place and I can concentrate on other aspects of the business. The ability to create bundles has also been a lifesaver as we sell a lot of products in sets; this means that when a customer buys a set of multiple items it is automatically adjusted on all other listings. It's also easy to see, at a glance, how many we have remaining in 2s, 3s etc.

Trunk is working great - it helps us manage all our kits for dogs and our shared components across products so that we don't accidentally oversell a FURB product. I also love that it has the capability to manage inventory across platforms so when we launch somewhere besides furb.com, all of our inventory will still sync.
Trunk has been an amazing tool for our small business. This year we went from selling on one platform to three and I was searching for a way to keep real-time inventory of our many products. I'm so grateful we found Trunk! The format is user-friendly and the synchronization is extremely fast and accurate. I've been able to focus on sales during busy times because I know our inventory is being safely accounted for.
It took me a while to understand the concept since eBay and Amazon would often issue sku numbers that were different from those I input in Square. James was very patient and took the time to explain how to sync items on the different platforms and now everything is working well. Definitely will end up saving lots of time down the road.
Excellent product. Have been looking for a product that can automate our stocks over all the shopping channels, and at last we have found Trunk.
