Trunk works great for our inventory management. Before Trunk our inventory was a mess. I'd highly recommend it!
I have tattoos and candle-making kits in my shop. The tattoos sell either in single design or in combos. Trunk was the only one that allowed me to package my items so that it would deduct available inventory from all the listings that would use a given product. Plus, it synchronizes from Etsy to Shopify and vice versa. Two things made me hesitate before subscribing, it doesn't calculate COGS, and it doesn't link with Quickbooks. But I still went for it. James is the main contact person, and he is very friendly. As we recommend improvements, he adds them to his queue and lets us know what he is currently working on. Thumbs up to James.
Setup was a breeze and covered our needs with Faire, Shopify and Etsy. Massive stress off our plate and we had it up and running in minutes! Thank you!!
We've just started using Trunk and so far so good! Excited to keep using it and enjoy the benefits of streamlined stock counts and more.
Trunk has saved us so much time updating listing quantities for our large volume of SKUs. As soon as we get a new shipment in stock, we can add to our listings very quickly. James is always very helpful and responsive!
This is simply an amazing app. If you need to sync stock between stores/marketplaces & products this is 1 stop shop. I tried everything in Shopify store but no app comes close to this. Amazing support too. Recommend it without hesitation.
After testing numerous Shopify apps and external options for managing inventory across sales channels as well as every bundling app in the app store, Trunk was my last stop (due to cost). I don't have a big store, nor a ton of inventory, and while I wish it were cheaper, its channel set up is dead-simple and the icing on the cake is the bundling feature ... which blows away other options with its ease of use, flexibility, and inventory management. Trunk just works—I can't give it higher praise.
A fantastic product that has helped us reduce the need of frequent stock counts and managing multiple shop fronts for availability. Trunk has allowed us to refocus our time to better improving our business and ensure we are offering the best service to our customers with correct real-time availability of our products. Trunk makes keeping track of inventory across multiple sites easy! Looking forward to additional integrations like Hello Abound.
I have been looking for a program to synchronize my stock for years. As a small business owner the programs out there were either too expensive, too complicated or did not include all sales channels. Trunk saves me time and reduces stress. No more order cancellations because items are out of stock!
Support has been great and I am looking forward to new features
