After searching high and low for an app for Shopify Inventory management / stock management, that could handle multipacks picking stock from single units, I found Trunk and it does exactly that. Simple to set up, the support team are first class (and very quick) and the product works exactly as described. I would highly recommend Trunk over anyone else advertising that they do the same thing. Well done team.
A brilliant tool, keeps my inventory synced across multiple platforms and saves me so much time. Its simple and just works. Couldn't ask for more!
After trying some other apps with horrible results and deleted inventory, we were referred to Trunk by a company that was assisting us with our Shopify website. We had so many problems getting accurate inventory between our in-store Square sales and our Shopify website that we’re ready to just “throw in the towel” completely! We’ve had Trunk for a few weeks now and so far it’s working great. Our inventory is staying accurate and it has given us one less thing to worry about.
Syncs instantly. I have had zero issues with inventory syncing with Trunk. My previous solution synced once an hour on a chronjob if it was functioning properly that day. Trunk has fixed that and now I don't sell out of stuff any more. Woot!
I'm very happy with this app. I wanted a way to link the stock on my website with that in my long established Etsy shop. Trunk lets me do this so now all my social media directs customers to my site but I can still list everything I make on Etsy as well. Previously I was neglecting my own site as I knew it would be easier to get a sale on Etsy. With some more work on my SEO I am sure Trunk will more than pay for itself quickly in saved Etsy fees! Trunk was easy to set up and has worked well updating stock levels between the two. The notification of duplicate SKU is very useful especially if you are syncing an established site with a lot of listings.
Definitely a life saver. After 6 years of manually rigging my Shopify and Square account inventories to match each other, here comes Trunk. Literally sped up our efficiency and accuracy. So glad we discovered this. Our jobs are so much easier!
Trunk works seamlessly in real time. I went from spending hours manually tracking inventory to basically no time at all. As a small business owner the small price per day is well worth the time savings and peace of mind!
I had tried at least a dozen apps to help shoppers build their own bags, while maintaining control over component inventory. Trunk is the only that works. What is more, it works with my theme so my product pages look native and organic.
We make and sell safety razors on Shopify, with lots of options. Our customers can buy both full razors and parts. Literally hundreds of combinations per model. On the back end, we use Shopify Variants and manually correct the inventory levels regularly to make sure we weren't selling something we didn't have. And to make sure that we weren't turning away a customer that wanted something that was available. As our brand grew, big drops were getting pushed out more and more to make sure we had enough inventory to satisfy every potential combination. I added Trunk to automatically correct inventory levels in real-time and my first drop with Trunk went flawlessly. I had over a thousand individual pieces ready, which could be purchased as 20+ individual part SKUs or combined into 120 different razor SKUs. Trunk kept up without any problems and the inventory levels were spot-on when the drop was done. Trunk updates the inventory levels quickly, which is a must-have. The dev team is easy to work with and is very responsive. If you're looking to manage bundles and kits on Shopify, I highly recommend Trunk. I just wish I found it sooner.
Worked great to sync faire.com and shopify and the support is amazing! I even went back to check that all inventory did update and it does!
