Incredible customer service. James is the best! We wouldn't have been able to launch on time without him. We played around with other inventory apps before this one and found that Trunk manages our global inventory the best. Our store has a large catalogue and only sells products in bundles. Trunk handles it all seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Trunk has saved us so much time and helped prevent overselling and underselling (when inventory is sitting in one shop and customers are in another). On top of that, the Trunk staff is supremely helpful and knowledgeable and very quick to respond.

Trunk has been an amazing tool for our small business. This year we went from selling on one platform to three and I was searching for a way to keep real-time inventory of our many products. I'm so grateful we found Trunk! The format is user-friendly and the synchronization is extremely fast and accurate. I've been able to focus on sales during busy times because I know our inventory is being safely accounted for.

It took me a while to understand the concept since eBay and Amazon would often issue sku numbers that were different from those I input in Square. James was very patient and took the time to explain how to sync items on the different platforms and now everything is working well. Definitely will end up saving lots of time down the road.

Was very skeptical at first but tried the free trial. This worked much better than Orderhive. The app is actually functional without tons of constant bugs and glitches that I have experienced at all other inventory apps. Most importantly trunk is verysimple to use. It is not cluttered with nonsensical , complicated features and junk to sift through just to manage inventory. I use it to sync my walking sticks between EBay, Etsy, and Shopify. That is all I ever simply needed. I don’t ever leave reviewsfor apps but I feel this deserves one. Thanks James and team for an excellent app. I will likely stay with Trunk forever if they remain caring, humble, fair and nurturing toward tiny sellers trying to just survive.

Very nice and useful addition to our cloud based systems set. Absolutely no difficulties working with Trunk, interface and action outcomes are very intuitive and it literary does what you expect from it. What else can one ask for? :)

I'm super happy w/Trunk. Syncing Square & Shopify...I was using an inventory management software before that was overkill and too expensive. Trunk is a great solution that doesn't over complicate my situation...just keeps the inventory right. Extremely reliable and fast. And the customer service has been wonderful.

Trunk has been a game changer for us. Selling multiple bundles and kits of items made it a headache to update inventory manually, often leading to discrepancies in our final inventory count. Since implementing Trunk into our inventory management system, it has saved us hours of time by effortlessly and seamlessly updating our inventory in real time as items sell.
