I downloaded this app. My entire website on Chrome, Edge, Mobile - Have a bug caused by this app. The front page can't scroll and affected across all browsers. My mobile view was distorted as well. And I deleted this app and everything resume well. This is really bad and disruptive app.

They have only one person, Joy, providing support for this app, and unfortunately, Joy seems to lack a basic understanding of it. They were unable to grasp even the simplest question about the default placement of the badge.
During our conversation, it felt as though they were making fun of us by abruptly ending the call and repeatedly sending the same responses using reply templates, resembling a bot rather than a human agent. Additionally, the app itself is not functioning properly. They take at least a day to respond to support tickets, and sometimes it takes even longer.

When the badges are active, for some reason my menu dropdowns stop working and my "Search" bar doesnt open. Tried reaching out to the devs, but they said they couldn't see what I was seeing.

That app is horribly outdated. No Meta Pay, extremely old icons for most payment methods (from 2+ yrs ago). Seems to not be updated anymore. Uninstalled immediately.
