The trust card images appear where they should not be, also is very hard to find help from this company, i tried to find an email online, and nobody ever replied. bad experience. looking for another similar app now

Tried the app and it did not work. Followed the instructions and nothing. The FAQ page is a joke with no contact us to be found. Waste of time. Should have more help, or details available.

Great, IF it works with your theme. Changed mine stopped working, followed the instructions in the FAQ no luck, Try Shopify help they try but cant fix it so they contact Trust hero who send this.....

Of course there is no way to directly respond!

So my question is if Trust Hero cant get a set of icons to display how can I trust that any of their apps will work without issue? And if there is a problem (apparently this is a common problem) will they try to fix it or just wash their hands of the problem?
For me the solution is simple dont use the app or any of the others. As a business yourself you will no doubt agree that this is the only solution!
