Stopped working, I emailed them days ago and they still havent replied. I cannot login to the app at all useless

Can´t RE-INSTALL!
Removed once, tried to re-install, i can´t use it, says :

"The application cannot be loaded, please check that your browser allows third party cookies"

Third party cookies are allowed, tried to re-isntal 20 times, it doesnt work!
ANY FIX? PLEASE write me to contact@bioaquashop.com

It looks nice and I think it is an attractive way to build trust. But unfortunately, it doesn't work on my site and I have not received a response to my support request. I'd be glad to change this rating if it can be fixed.
