The Process

  1. An order is delivered or fulfilled, triggering a follow-up e-mail or SMS message.
  2. The message asks the customer if they are satisfied with their order.
  3. If satisfied, the customer is asked to leave a review on a platform of your choice.
  4. If unsatisfied, the customer is asked to provide a brief description of their issue.
  5. The customer's message is immediately sent to you, with options to quickly respond and view the customer's information in Shopify.
