Wow, das war einfach. Alt löschen, neu installieren. Nach einem kurzen "Konto Mißverständnis" und Support Klärung nach wenigen Minuten, war die Einrichtung ein Klacks. Jetzt gibt es mehr Freiheit in der PLatzierung auf Desktop und Handy. 1A ... so muss das Laufen!

Ik werk nu een aantal weken met Trusted Shops en dat gaat erg goed. De onboarding was professioneel en ze hebben de tijd genomen om alles goed uit te leggen. Je kan ze bellen wanneer nodig en reageren snel op mails. Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen.

Buena solución de apoyo a las ventas, especialmente para generar confianza en el usuario final. Sin embargo, el seguimiento por parte del equipo de Trustshop a veces puede resultar algo limitado o lento.
No se trata de una solución económica, ya que el coste se aplica por país. Además, en algunas ocasiones nos hemos sentido decepcionados por la actitud poco flexible del responsable de nuestra cuenta, teniendo en cuenta que somos clientes desde hace tiempo y tenemos contratados varios productos con ellos.

Professionali, collaborativi e ovviamente servizio esterno alle aziende percui recensioni credibili. Sarebbe bello da parte dell'azienda mettere in risalto in qualche modo le aziende con le recensioni migliori proprio per dare senso e continuità al servizio. Comunque tutto sommato consigliabile e professionale.

After working with Trusted Shops for nearly a decade, I feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience — especially for other small businesses considering their service.
First, their **app performance for Shopify and WooCommerce is far from adequate**. The integrations are clunky, slow, and often unreliable. In contrast to other review platforms that offer smooth plug-and-play solutions, Trusted Shops feels outdated and poorly supported for modern e-commerce platforms. It often creates friction in customer journeys rather than adding value.
However, the **biggest frustration lies in their cancellation policy**, which I would honestly describe as **abusive**. Despite giving notice and clearly stating that we no longer wish to continue, we are being forced to pay for a **full additional year of service**, amounting to nearly **1.000€**, for a tool we are no longer using or benefitting from. There was no flexibility, no reasonable discussion, and no understanding — just strict enforcement of a clause buried in a lengthy contract.
After 10 years of loyalty, we expected a fairer and more respectful offboarding experience. Instead, we’re left with the feeling of being penalised for leaving — which speaks volumes about how the company values long-term clients.
There are now many more agile, user-friendly and customer-centric alternatives on the market. My advice? **Read the small print very carefully**, and think twice before committing.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a Trusted Shops client since 2019. We regret that your offboarding experience did not meet your expectations.
To clarify: our cancellation deadlines are clearly outlined in the contract and reminder emails. In your case, the notice period was unfortunately missed. Despite your later claims, no valid proof of a timely cancellation was provided. As a result, the contract was extended according to the agreed terms.
We understand that this outcome can be frustrating, especially when business circumstances are difficult. At the same time, fairness means applying the same rules to all clients in a consistent and transparent way.
Regarding the product itself, we continue to improve our integrations for Shopify, WooCommerce and other platforms. Thousands of merchants rely on them daily and see strong results.

This is the worst app I’ve ever installed on Shopify. They don’t even provide an online cancellation button — I had to email them just to request canceling my subscription. Their reply? I’m locked in for 18 months and can only cancel after that. I ended up paying a fortune just to get out. This feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs! Do not use it.
