Excellent technical support. The software does what is has to do.
Greate when combined with Etsy Reviews Exporter and Esty Email Extractor chrome plugins. Highly recommended. The software lacks the ability to assign reviews to products after the file has been uploaded. a new upload will be required. I think a more user friendly interface is highly needed.

A hidden gems and very underrated review manager! Can do absolutely anything while other apps' capabilities are very limited. Very friendly and fast customer service. And it is free! Recommended for everyone

I had an issue with importing reviews from a .csv file. I went to their live chat and spoke to Amey. Amey quickly and easily guided me through the steps and double checked the template file. There seemed to be a technical glitch and Amey was able to correct it quickly and within minutes i was up and running with my previous reviews. Great service and such a easy to use app. very impressed.
