I had an issue with importing reviews from a .csv file. I went to their live chat and spoke to Amey. Amey quickly and easily guided me through the steps and double checked the template file. There seemed to be a technical glitch and Amey was able to correct it quickly and within minutes i was up and running with my previous reviews. Great service and such a easy to use app. very impressed.

Super great app!! Really helpful and with all needed features!!! This is the most proffesional app I've worked with!! The customer support is also amazing. I requested them some help with my store and Niel and Vincent helped me; it just took couple minutes for him to adjust and make my store look much more proffesional!! Maybe need to work on the csv review upload. Need a standard template to upload the reviews. Apart from that, all is fine
