The support team is brilliant. Quick to reply and sorted any issues. The app itself took a bit of time to customise properly, especially for the email templates. But it does the job and looks good on the website. Would definitely recommend.

I have reached out to their customer support multiple times to resolve an issue, but I have not received any response. Despite several follow-ups, the lack of assistance is unacceptable. If customer service is important to you, I do not recommend this app.

Only yesterday did we discover that we now had permission to access your store, but by then, the app had already been uninstalled.
