I am not a computer expert, but managed to install the app. However, I had difficulties making it show up. Very pleased with Trustify - this app has enabled us to add client reviews to our website in a neat and attractive way. Shout out to Joyce, the Customer Advisor, who spent considerable time adapting the app features to suit our requirements. She was patient, efficient and super-quick. I had added a few different product review apps, but I really didn’t like how they worked. I decided to try and look again and came across this app. It was super straightforward and easy to use and understand. I liked that it was free and there are no hidden cost. I was having a bit of difficulty getting it onto my store as this is all very new to me so I reached out to customer service, and I received a response almost immediately, and from there forward the service I received was absolutely unreal. Joy was a literal joy to work with. I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend this app for many reasons, but especially the customer service. They are prompt, efficient, and super friendly.
