Not for startups or small businesses. The free version only let people see your reviews on their site. The price for an upgrade to show the reviews on your site are way to high. And that is only the review for my business. The product reviews that i get does not show at all without the expensive upgrade.

I regret choosing Trustpilot, should have used another review service that actually shows on your site without paying a huge amount.

The app could really be improved by leveraging Shopify theme sections for each of the TrustBoxes. It's frustrating having to use the TrustBox previewer. Apart from that it works as you'd expect for a review app but given its popularity I would hold this app to a higher standard.

Widget stopped working by the end of November 2023. Doesn't appear. Other Reviews has the same issue.
Can't open the App and shows white screen.
Pls fix this somehow.

poorly designed UI, weak support, worst multi language management ever (for templates, invitations setup), several glitch, not user friendly, bad synch, not even the option to custom colours to match brand look & feel => disappointed. Not awful but considering the price of the app/service shall do much better.

I find it really clunky when you have the free version. As a very small business any of the paid options are out of my league. I really just want a simple review app that is integrated into the Shopify page. This isn’t it. It’s entirely separate to the website with two small widgets which are not customisable and don’t fit into my page style. Also, unless I send a link, no one ever send a review. The email option does not seem to work at all….if they are ever sent then people just ignore them.

It worked just find with the Simple theme but doesn't seems to work with the new Dawn 2.0 theme anymore. I am unable to drag and drop any of the Trustpilot boxes to the landing page.

Très utile mais pas optimisée. Je me connecte à Trustpilot via Google, je n'ai donc pas créé de compte via Trustpilot. Résultat, sur shopify, je n'arrive pas à me connecter à Trustpilot car je ne peux pas passer par Google. Le serpent qui se mord la queue...

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! When creating a Trustpilot account, you have to provide an email address, even if you later choose to use your Google account to log in. To gain access, select "Forgot your password" and enter the email address associated with your Trustpilot account. You will be able to use the email address and the new password to connect to Trustpilot via Shopify.
