This app is not ready to be used. Not user friendly at all. Their widgets don't work, you can't add them on your website even though it's presented as an option. Support is lacking, they respond in line 3 days. Not a great experience would try Loox.

From the communication you had with our Support Team we noticed you installed another Trustpilot app, namely EZ Trustpilot integration App - which is not something created by Trustpilot and supported.
We recommend to install the shopify app via the b2b, to get access to all the features and a working shopify. Great app, seems to be running smoothly and helping us get more customer reviews. I had used it previously on wordpress, but just converted the store recently to shopify. Their customer service is responsive and helpful.

Shopify Multilingual has been out for 2 years. From your app it is not possible to select different language template based on the customer language. This is a really huge issue: you invited me to use SFA, however this can not be used because Shopify "New Order" notification is sent when the order is confirmed, not when the order is fullfilled.
You definitely have to update this app asap in order to be compatible with shopify multilingual api.

When sending review invitations, you can choose when invitations should be created. Order confirmed is the default selection but you can switch to order fulfilled. I would give 5 stars but it's taken over a week to get my account up and running. It's been such a long and drawn out process. I've been dealing with two people on here but you have to wait until they each come back on duty to get anything sorted out. I realise there may be time differences due to locations and when people are working and when they're not but it is very draining waiting for a response. Thank you Michael K for finally coming to the rescue!
I was ready for giving up on this app until I came across a tutorial on trustpilot YouTube channel an I felt absolutely braindead you will need a laptop or tablet but it's so simple all you do is load up widgets pick a obviously if you have dark/black background on your website pick that colour an all you do is click the widget drag it to where you want it an drop it's that easy
