Extremely overpriced for a simple review service. Everything is locked behind a pay-wall. App is not working properly either. Only good thing about the free-version is that it invites customers to write a review, however this amount is also capped. Expected more from the creators of Trustpilot.

Trustpilot App will slow your site down and wreck your SEO. on top of that Trustpilot is the worst company to deal with and is home to fake reviews and rubbish support. mixed in with the fraudulent way they charge fees and up your prices each year. It's a damaging and harmful addition to your business and i suggest people look for an alternative.

We're currently working hard to improve our support functions making it a better experience for both businesses and consumers. As well as our support functions, we're making changes and improvements regularly to our products such as APIs (or apps as you've referenced) these updates are made to improve site speed and SEO amongst other things. We use considerable resources to protect our platform from misuse, including a combination of fake detection technology, review monitoring algorithms and robots and over 50 highly trained experts. Our systems work extremely well but are not foolproof - our work to uphold the integrity of our platform goes on permanently. We are constantly looking at new preventative measures, including the use of additional penalties and actions, that will be used against anyone that tries to manipulate reviews. Again, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us and others. :)
I used this app for 12 months, we signed a subscription that cost 330 euros a month, the conversion rate from trust pilot was less than 1%, in our service we had account manager that didn't give us enough support to get it better. now they are trying to force us in another 12 months contract because we didn't give 30 days notice period canceling it stay away!

Similar to other people... Username + pass word don't go together but can log in directly. Also tried to sign up for the new app and didn't work

Recently had customer support call me and they were more interested in selling their services than actually fixing the issue with the app. I cant even view my reviews when I add the widget to my website yet they want me to pay for their service. Please fix basic issues first before asking for money.

To keep it simple, the app stopped working and refused to integrate. Even when it was supposed to be working it didn't ask customers for reviews. Trustpilot need to take it down and fix it from the bottom up.
App update doesn't work - we are paying customers, with app which is not working. Not able to edit trustboxes. Needs fixing ASAP - not happy at all.

I don't know what went wrong but we can't login now even with a valid account. I'm getting "Sorry, this email and password don’t go together." error.
I tried to login the account at trustpilot.com and it worked, however, not in the app.
Experienced no problems in the past, hopefully this gets resolved.

App is not working and lately I can't even see the app on my live store.
Loading wheel just spins for so long and I can not reach customer service.
