I cant turn off the option to not send emails to my customers... The toggle option is just blocked and they keep sending review mails to my customers. Please fix this i do not consent to send emails to my customers.

J’utilise cette application pour ma boutique spécialisée dans les produits pour bébé et maman. L’intégration des avis est simple et aide beaucoup à rassurer mes clients. I removed the app, but it’s still sending emails to my customers. I’ve reached out to support several times, but no one has gotten back to me. This is really frustrating and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
