I don't know how you can say "no customer support" since I replied to your email 6 hours after you sent a request. Could you reach out to me? I can reset your free trial ...

This app is not ready to be used. Not user friendly at all. Their widgets don't work, you can't add them on your website even though it's presented as an option. Support is lacking, they respond in line 3 days. Not a great experience would try Loox.
