The application has a clean user interface and allows me to import from AliExpress with the free plan which is exactly what I was looking for. Ebrahim got the app integrated into my website within 15 minutes of me connecting the app when competitors were going to get back to me in several hours for their integration.
I just started using the app, but my initial experience has been great.

D'habitude j'utilise Loox, c'est la première fois que j'utilise Trustreviews. Je pense qu'i y a beaucoup de choses que vous pouvez améliorer. 1, Importer les avis soit même avec un fichier excel ca serait top comme Loox, car maintenant si on veut importer nos avis il faut contacter le support et out pour procéder, ce qui est un peu ambetant. 2, Ca serait cool si on peut mettre des reviews vidéo, ce qui augmenterai le branding du site et donner plus de trust. 3, Avoir plus de paramètre de personnalisation au niveau des avis ( Exemples : Police d'écriture, Taille, Couleur des étoiles etc) Voici les 3 points que je trouve qu'il faudra améliorer à la prochaine MAJ. Sinon le prix est HYPER avantageux comparé Loox ! Bonne continuation.
J'adore cette app ! Elle est intuitive, facile d'utilisation, les avis s intègrent parfaitement dans ma boutique, le service client est rapide et serviable ! Mieux que les autres apps d'avis clients et pour moins cher !

Advertises a free plan, but I literally cannot use it without first paying for a subscription. Even if I cancel the menu, any time I click to the app it just takes me to the paid subscription checkout. Misleading.
I am sorry about the confusion. We do have a free plan at this moment. Once you subscribe to a paid plan after installing the app, you can switch to free plan and your paid plan would automatically be cancelled. Please contact us if you have any further question.
There support is very friendly and the app interface is very easy to use. I recommend it 1000% for sure.
