TrustReviews app is a very user friendly application. I would highly recommend everyone who want to have a review app on their store to opt for TrustReviews app. The backoffice people of TrustReviews app are very helpful and provided me with great assistance for any customisation i wanted. You just need to send them an email or message and they replied in a timely manner. They are always here to help no matter how many changes you want to do.

The app is for starters and is slowly being developed and more features are being added. They are very quick to respond and add the features that the big players have in this space. So far so good! I have a special theme and when I hopped on the chat, they listened to what I wanted and adjusted my settings quickly and easily. Great customer service! My reviews look great and are in the exact locations, colors, and display carousel that I wanted. Very customizable. I may upgrade at some point to try out the other features offered. But for now, the free version is fantastic. The upgraded plan options also look very affordable. Very satisfied customer here.

5 stars. Great communication. I had trouble putting the widget on my store and Ebrahim was very helpful and did it for me within a few minutes.
