Mega gute App, super Support! Bin unfassbar zufreiden mit allem und die Mitarbeiter geben sich echt viel mühe dinge möglich zu machen und sind dazu noch super respektvoll.
Ausgezeichneter Support! Selbst am Sonntag schnelle und kompetente Hilfe erhalten. Freundlich, zuverlässig und absolut kundenorientiert – so wünscht man sich das. Vielen Dank!
Sehr guter Kundenservice, wir hatten ein Problem mit der App, das nicht durch uns beeinflusst werden konnte. Der Support hat innerhalb von 24h das Problem für uns behoben. Die Reaktionszeit des Support war auch vollkommen zufriedenstellend in unserem Fall. Wir hoffen drauf, dass unser Anliegen in einem Patch dauerhaft behoben wird.

Fijne applicatie en de klantenservice is makkelijk en snel bereikbaar via de chat.
So kind. I received a lot of help. The responses to my inquiries were fast, and I want to continue using this app.
I had an issue which I couldn't figure out on my own and Anna was able to fix it within a few minutes. She also explained why the issue happened and what she did to resolve it. Great customer service, and I am very happy. Thank you :)
