TrustShop‑ Product Reviews

Tolle App, schade nur dass die Mails nicht auf deutsch gestellt werden können. Zudem wäre es schön, wenn man die Sprache der kompletten App mit einem Knopfdruck ändernkönnte. Ansosten wirklich toll :)

The best review APP !!!

Product does so much and it is easy to use. I'm getting so many more reviews since I switched. Plus, they have amazing customer service.

Creators were very helpful with getting this app added to my site. I get email alerts when a new review comes in and I was able to import my old reviews from my previous app. Highly recommend using this app, especially if you are like me and Product reviews will be deleted from the app store. I allowed them access to my store and they added the app promptly and was very responsive.

I swapped over to TrustShop after Shopify announced that they were retiring their "Product Reviews" app. I wish I would have swapped over sooner! TrustShop's product reviews app is way more versatile, gives customers a better sorting / filtering experience, and looks much better on our product pages.

Not only that, but the TrustShop support team has been super helpful. They even went directly into my store to help fix some issues I was having with text colors. The only thing I wish this app had were a few more controls over text color settings (some problems arose since our website is primarily dark background with white text) but they informed me that these improvements will be added in the next update to TrustShop.
