We were so excited to find about Try With Mirra’s TBYB service – as a home décor brand with a higher price point, it makes complete sense that our customers would want to see our pieces in their own home before committing.
Within a few days of having it on our site (and without any communications around it yet), we have our first order!

Shoes are notoriously tricky to purchase online so "Try With Mirra" has been a great addition to our online store as a luxury footwear boutique with a higher price point. The service has helped us acquire many first-time buyers and our success rate of pairs kept by them so far has been 100%. It has helped take the risk out of online shopping for our customers.
The setup process was quick and easy with Peter, Shannon, and the team, and I know that there is help if I need it.
I also loved that they had marketing collateral ready to go to help promote/explain the process to customers in a straightforward way and we were able to see our first order within a few days of set up. Would highly recommend it to any e-commerce store!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Pete, and he is a legend! He has truly made the whole process a breeze. We were on a mission to tackle a pain point in our business, helping customers determine their ring size and whether a particular style would suit them, especially for those who haven’t worn jewellery before. I’m pleased to say that we’ve successfully addressed this issue. Plus, we’re seeing an increase in our average order value, which was another goal we were working on.
We implemented Try with Mirra last week and we are off to a great start. It's clearly getting new customers over the line with 82% of the orders coming from new customers.TWM orders also have a higher AOV. The team were amazing to deal with and made the who onboarding seamless.

The Try Mirra team have been really helpful and responsive during the whole process of setting up and running the app. The data to date is strong, we've had a lot of new customers trying our brand as they can now Try Before They Buy and many of these orders converting into sales. As a fashion brand there is definitely a demand for customers to try styles before they buy in the comfort of their home particularly if they are unsure about sizing. This additional service has helped us grow sales and attract new customers. We have had a few instances where customer returns (and final payments) have had to be proactively followed up and Try Mirra have stepped in to help where needed; on balance we have experienced very few issues in comparison to overall increase of sales.

This has solved so many problems for my online swimwear biz. My customers love they can now try before you buy which was always a major hurdle for new customers. I love this app! Finally a way I can solve my customers item sizing concerns and encourage them to give us a try and buy! Introducing a Try at Home service is working well for us. We are picking up new customers that are hesitant about buying sunglasses online. We have always offered free returns, but customers are responding better to this option as it's automated. Feedback from customers who have used the service so far has been very positive.
